Freeze both columns and rows at the same time

Put your cursor at the intersection (giao nhau) of the row and column that you want to freeze (i.e. if you want to freeze row 1 and column A, cursor goes in B2), and go to View Tab, click Freeze Panes and click Freeze Panes.
